Silicon Data B200 index
SDB200RT, the Silicon Data B200 Rental Price Index: one modelled daily rental price blended across every segment of the B200 market, and the index the CME B200 futures settle against.
What it measures#
The Silicon Data B200 Rental Price Index, ticker SDB200RT: a modelled, standardized daily figure for what an hour of B200 capacity rents for, in US dollars per GPU-hour, blended across neo-cloud providers, hyperscalers, colocation markets and private rental platforms into a single reading. It is the index the CME B200 futures settle against.
Because it is a blend, it cannot be decomposed into a neo-cloud figure and cannot be compared like-for-like with GPUQuant’s neocloud index or with the neo-cloud reading of the H100 index. Anything on the site that puts the two side by side says so.
Silicon Data note that B200 supply is constrained relative to demand and expect wider bid-ask spreads than on the older indices. The provider set behind the index was expanded on 15 July 2026 with a stated impact of up to a six percent decrease.
How it is built#
By Silicon Data, from transaction data GPUQuant cannot see. They standardize each observation for machine specification, rental term, platform performance and geography, remove statistical outliers, and validate the figure independently each day. None of that is reproducible from outside, which is the difference between this number and a GPUQuant reference: a GPUQuant figure is a reading of a published price with a URL behind it, and this is a standardized estimate.
Same modelling caveat as the H100 index, plus one of its own: because this is a blend, it cannot be compared like-for-like against a neo-cloud-only figure. Silicon Data also note supply is constrained relative to demand, so expect wider bid-ask spreads than on older indices. Its provider set was expanded on 2026-07-15 with a stated impact of up to a 6% decrease.
How the indices relate to the GPUQuant benchmarks, and the difference between a segment and a blend, is on Silicon Data indices.

What GPUQuant shows#
The newest 7 days, and nothing older, under a written display licence from Silicon Data that covers display on this site and excludes redistribution and the accumulation of history. The figures are read from Silicon Data's public chart, which serves exactly that window, and the explorer opens the row on its seven-day view.

Reading it beside the others#
- B200 reference price: The hyperscaler list price of one B200-hour, the ceiling of the market.
- B200 neocloud index: The list price of the same hour on the specialist clouds, roughly a third of the hyperscaler figure.
- Ornn B200 index: Ornn's transacted figure, the prices B200 rentals actually cleared at.
- B200 forward curve: What the market expects the B200 rental index to be out to three years.
- Silicon Data B200 Rental Index Futures: The contract that settles against this index.
