This Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) has been prepared on behalf of Microsoft (MS) Ireland Operations Ltd. to accompany an application to South Dublin County Council (SDCC) for the construction of 2 data centres (DUB 14 & DUB15) along with a Central Office Administration Building as an extension to the existing Microsoft Data Centre Campus at Grange Castle International Business Park, Clondalkin, Co Dublin.
Construction of a single 1- 4 storey Central Administration Building and 2 no. 2-storey (with mezzanine) data centres (DUB14 & DUB15) all to be located west of data centres DUB9, DUB10, DUB12 & DUB13 within the MS Campus.
The proposed development will have a maximum operational electrical demand of 60MW for each data centre.
