South Africa, February 11 2026 - Open Access Data Centres (OADC), Africa’s fastest-growing data centre company, has officially announced the strategic acquisition of seven NTT data centres across South Africa. The acquisition, which concluded on 31 December 2025 following approval by the Competition Commission, will significantly expand OADC’s national data centre footprint by adding seven facilities and increasing total capacity to more than 25 megawatts.
