Today, that experience and expertise are helping support one of the most significant semiconductor investments in the United States: Amkor's advanced packaging and test campus in Peoria, Arizona.
Construction is underway on Amkor's Arizona campus, which is expected to become the first high-volume advanced packaging and test OSAT facility in the United States and create up to 3,000 new jobs.
During 2025, we began construction of the first phase of the Arizona Facility, which will have approximately 1.8 million square feet of space.
Manufacturing is expected to begin in the first half of 2028.
