## What it measures

The neo-cloud reading of the Silicon Data A100 Rental Price Index, ticker SDA100RT: a modelled, standardized daily figure for what an hour of A100 capacity rents for on the neo-clouds, in US dollars per GPU-hour. No listed contract settles against it; it is shown beside the H100 and B200 indices for context, read from the same public chart for the same window.

The A100 forward curve anchors on this reading, as the H100 curve anchors on SDH100RT, which is how the site checks that the curve and the index describe the same instrument.

## How it is built

By Silicon Data, from transaction data GPUQuant cannot see. They standardize each observation for machine specification, rental term, platform performance and geography, remove statistical outliers, and validate the figure independently each day. None of that is reproducible from outside, which is the difference between this number and a GPUQuant reference: a GPUQuant figure is a reading of a published price with a URL behind it, and this is a standardized estimate.

Same modelling caveat as the H100 index. No listed futures contract settles against it. The RIC follows the pattern of the other two and has not been confirmed against an LSEG listing.
